Lauren's unique approach to fitness began at an early age, playing with her brothers and finding challenge in outdoor activities. She's always looking for the next level, and is ready to push you to your limits.


She is a certified personal trainer and has years of experience teaching bodyweight conditioning and fitness kickboxing both in small group classes and one on one. Her priorities are to strengthen muscles that prevent injury, teach you to move naturally, and help you gain the mental toughness and physical ability that will allow you to succeed in your training.

When she's not training you can find her climbing mountains, petting her cat, or eating almond butter.

I have worked with trainers on and off for many years. Without question the best one I have dealt with is

Lauren Jones. Lauren has an energy that is impossible to ignore, or not get inspired by. In my dealings

with her she has always know the right time to push me to my limit and when to back off. In the three

months I worked with her, I lost 15lb, gained energy, found the motivation to really put the work in for

the results. I don’t know if I would have began my journey to fitness if she wasn’t there when I started.

The first time I worked with Lauren I knew I found the person that would push me to reach my goals.

As a trainer Lauren’s attitude is second to none. I have never seen her upset, unmotivated, or withdrawn.

From the fist second she sees you, you are greeted with a smile, while I think some of it is her enjoyment

of watching people suffer from the workout, it is always authentic and real. I have seen her work with

others and I believe they would say the same. Lauren pushes you to be better then you thought you could

be. She is good with correcting form without sounding negative. In fact in 3 months I don’t know that I

ever heard a negative thing come out of her mouth about anything. She may be the most positive person I

have met in a long time. I find this to be a cruisal element to getting people to work harder then they want

to. She knows her clients are capable and she has a way of letting you see it, when you don’t want to.

With myself and with others, I have watched her be proud of the people she trains when they accomplish

any goal. In some ways I think she may be more proud then I was, when I reached goals. She takes the

time to help set goals and figure out a path to make them reality. When set backs happen she never makes

you feel poorly, she reassess and finds a new process to get past whatever setback is

encountered.

She is nothing short of amazing. I would

recommend her to anyone looking to get in better shape.
